This hotel is a hidden gem! The beautifully maintained heritage hotel exudes old world charm. The restaurant serves a hearty and enjoyable breakfast. The convenient location in South Mumbai was perfect for our cricket outing. We loved the 24-hour hot water availability and the very courteous staff. Our friends have recommended this hotel and are staying again in February. our experience here surpassed all expectations and we can't wait to come back!

Newly remodelled and large rooms, I had good experience.
I booked a room with a lovely bed, climate control and multi-channel television. Location: the hotel was close to the railway station and the central parks and the attractions of South Bombay and major sights.

I always come back to this hotel. The staff helped me with my heavy bags on my first stay. It has Wi-Fi, free parking, a 24-hour reception, and a bar/lounge area. It's perfect for my city trips with a restaurant, flat-screen TV, lift, air conditioning, and no pets or smoking on site.

The hotel's old-fashioned style was "vieille école" and the charming welcome by the director of the hotel was mind-blowing. The short walk to the cricket match was super convenient and the staff was incredibly helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, giving a true Mumbai experience. The food was excellent and the buffet breakfast, although veg, could have a few more options. The front desk guy, Akash, was jaw-droppingly helpful in getting medical assistance for my wife within 30 minutes. The location was great with many nearby dining options and even street food. the staff, cleanliness, and room size were all excellent.

The hotel's decoration was absolutely charming, with beautiful vintage furniture and elegant artwork throughout. The general areas were well-maintained and exuded a cozy, homely atmosphere. As a senior woman, I truly appreciated the hotel's accessibility. The staff was always ready to assist me, ensuring I had a comfortable stay and helping me navigate any physical challenges I faced. It made me feel safe and well taken care of during my vacation.
The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is if the children working there could provide more assistance with carrying luggage to and from the rooms. It would have been helpful to have some extra support with my bags, considering the limited physical strength that comes with age.

The restaurant offers a wide variety of delicious dishes served by well-trained staff. The hotel's prime location and old-world charm have made it popular for over 50 years. The 24-hour dining restaurant designed like a ship provides an exhilarating experience.
The hotel room was decorated with hideous paintings that looked like a child's finger paintings. The bright, vibrant colors were an eyesore and gave me a headache.

I recently stayed at the West End Hotel and was delighted with my experience. The architecture of the hotel is stunning, showcasing beautiful Art Deco design. The staff, especially Mr. Ramani and Rahul, were incredibly hospitable and made my stay truly memorable. The buffet at the Gourmet Restaurant was exceptional, offering a wide range of delicious Indian and continental dishes. The hotel's long-standing family ownership and commitment to values were evident in every aspect of my stay. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing ample space for families or larger groups. The location was also ideal, with central parks and attractions within walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service, delicious food, and warm hospitality.
